As part of Cognitive Warfare, we would like to bring to your attention an important situation that could have led to even more dire consequences if it had not been diligently detected and counter investigated. As the case concerns the use of large-scale neural control by a large group of insiders in the context of War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, Breaches of International Treaties, Torture, Terrorism, Attribution of Exported Responsibility, etc., we seek a preliminary assessment of what would constitute a historical history of recourse to synthetic telepathy, hybrid testimony,  and exported memory in the context of establishing measures for  determining actual responsibility for facts a posteriori. 

One of the main aspects of the strategy and its deployment was the adoption of targeting for the purpose of the war effort and the reproduction of sacrificial rituals as a means of technological demonstration, the establishment of situations of serious crimes in export responsibility for the purpose of blackmail and the increase of influence within various organized crime groups (international branches of the Cosa Nostra), to establish a cover shelter from the administration of the law by recruiting a large group of members of Secret Societies (e.g. A.M.O.R.C.) under the guise of a privilege of access to high-tech and the granting of prime positions in a supposed effort to survive under the administration of a pseudo universal wage valued at $10/hour derived from the proceeds of collusion between fraudulent agents of the Secret Services, Organized Criminals and Terrorists.

At the end of January 2026, Narendra Modi, Mélanie Gipiux, and their acolytes (7,000 members of the A.M.O.R.C.) as well as an undetermined number of agents of the DGSE recruited by Al-Qaeda (AQIS), who have accumulated considerable financial resources (more than 500 million dollars CAD in 4 years, used mainly to recruit Boko Haram, the Islamic State and Al-Qaeda in the Sahel, the rest of the funds being allocated to the corruption of Police, Intelligence or other agents of strategic importance) resulting from the recovery of the Technological Mobbing Contract initiated by Mylène Boisclair (last name to be verified, Desjardins Group) following her assassination around January 5, 2025 by her husband in exported responsibility,  and members of Indian organized crime, took part in a neural invasion that resulted in an estimated slaughter  of between 7,000 and 36,000 Iranian victims, following the sabotage of the Iranian electricity network (creation of a latent magnetic field), the cellular network (occupation of bandwidth for neural control purposes)) and the introduction of members of minor terrorist groups during two days of riots deliberately provoked in order to create the circumstances for a false flag operation, with the Iranian authorities being misled and pressured to blame the United States and Israel for the violence. The escalation that followed in the following weeks resulted in a significant military response from both countries, and resulted in the ongoing war on Iranian and Lebanese territory.

As peace agreements seemed close, Iranian military personnel were targeted with affective control and full control to open fire on U.S. ships in the Strait of Hormuz, which once again fueled the conflict after the U.S. military’s retaliation during the week of May 10, 2026.

As the Iranian riots of January 2026 served as a testing ground for total control (full control with H.U.D. – see Figure 4 – of the motor functions, affects, volitions of the targets), the following testimonies were collected during the counter-investigation carried out over time (interrogation method described in the Appendix).
