The DGSE, Al-Qaeda and the Indian military and secret services deploy a heavy mind control capacity to support a significant number of accesses to the ‘consciousness function’ through a favorable demographic ratio and disruptive augmented reality technology.
After equipping al-Qaeda with mind control capabilities, Narendra Modi’s government intends to take advantage of the surprise effect of this opening to affect the integrity of the North American national security structure. An unknown number of scientists have been mobilized to create an imbalance of power and take advantage of Canada’s reluctance to arm, secure, inform their population and medical personnel.

Gaining influence, the application has allowed foreign interference to generate large sums of money and finance terrorism, the war effort and the impoverishment of the Quebec economy.
The complacency of our services acquired, three ministers resigned and a psychotronic attack launched by Indian and French interference, in particular, was added to the efforts of the PRC to start an unconventional war on Canadian soil.

Following a report made about them, Jean-Marc Nogues (recruited by AQAP, human trafficking, pimping, terrorist conspiracy and embezzlement) and Sarah Nogues finally fled to Saudi Arabia, and/or the Republic of Iran.
They are staying there with an individual of unknown name suspected of being linked to both the downing of Air India Flight 182 on June 23, 1985, and Air India 171 on June 12, 2025, 40 years apart.
Two of his accomplices are found to have left the country with special dispensations from the Indian Government (provided by President Droupadi Murmu) and are linked to the theft of mental data that targets the entire CSIS workforce, part of the RCMP, part of the Canadian Government, and the entire Quebecer/Canadian population.
One of them is wanted for murder (Mélanie Gipiux), and the other (Siavash Shadpey) claimed to be the author of a cyberattack leading to the downing of Air India Flight 171, in direct complicity with Narendra Modi, who through this operation proceeded to eliminate an opposition member from his former party (BJP).
The 40-year gap is all the more troubling given that the vast systemic paralysis issues affecting CSIS in 2024 echo the year the intelligence service was created in 1984, which was already heavily criticized at the time for reporting serious breaches of intelligence integrity. Although they had undercover agents in contact with their former colleague, and had state-of-the-art synthetic and/or V2K telepathy technologies, no denunciation was made by CSIS on this subject, with some agents claiming that they were “following the lead of the DGSE regarding the management of this case” and others simply arguing that the sums of money released by “Al-Qaeda” – mentioned knowingly, resulting from the embezzlement of funds from the Desjardins Group, were such that the complicity of a large part of their department had been bought by the terrorist group.
A vast money laundering system has been set up and operates between the Desjardins financial cooperative, Montreal Organized Crime, Al-Qaeda, the Rosicrucian Order around the world, Marseille Organized Crime, New York Organized Crime, Sicilian Organized Crime (Cosa Nostra), and the DGSE’s Clandestine Heritage.
The operation goes through the BRICS cryptocurrency system, and most of the funds should be traceable because the criminals must make withdrawals from this system to their bank accounts and/or are granted a pseudo minimum wage equivalent to $10 CAD per hour of connection to the application and the funds in question are potentially paid at the same time to a significant or even entire part of the participants.

Many agents have nevertheless been clandestinely deployed in Quebec since then, and a vast operation is underway on Canadian territory, in particular that of Quebec where the French secret services have launched a coordinated offensive with the Indian government, in order to pursue and support the efforts of Indian interference in an aggressive manner.
The long-standing collaboration between France and Quebec and a sense of cultural proximity that is perceived throughout the Francophonie has created a serious opening that has allowed DGSE agents, some of whom claim to be long-time members of Al-Qaeda (see List of Three Supervisors Operating for Al-Qaeda, and List of Five Individuals Trained in New Delhi Operating for Al-Qaeda), to partially paralyze CSIS’s intelligence capabilities, by isolating the service vis-à-vis the RCMP and potentially the Canadian Government, which since then have not received the support and intelligence capacity provided for by their mandates.

In addition, at least three double agents operating for the terrorist group for a long time in supervisory positions (3 prosecution teams) have used their positions to copy sensitive information including highly secret access, to cover up other undercover agents, and to secure a large area of influence (purported to affect the bulk of the workforce, excluding the main chain of command – “We chose the BRICS” – implying that the RCMP and the government were not consulted), which resulted in a general silence regarding the situation surrounding the Desjardins Group and French and Indian interference.
The corruption of this significant part of CSIS’s services, as well as the deep learning to document their functions of conscience, have given the Indian interference, terrorists, and military mind control capabilities over affected agents, regardless of Canadian or American capabilities.
The ease of use of targeted nervous system servo systems combined with the considerable effectiveness of current remote neural monitoring technologies has created lucrative opportunities for luxury entertainment, and clandestine services are offered by secret agents to a high-end clientele. My hypothesis is that Mohamed was recommended by Michel (probably a family link) and the doubt remains about a potential opposition from the French government of the previous era (veto or refusal to actively contribute to the Afghan conflict, then Iraq).

Five of the twenty-nine individuals trained between 2011 and 2020 in New Delhi in preparation for the current operation, supported by the expertise of Professor Philippe Guillemant. Desjardins Group’s involvement since the end of 2021 has allowed the interference to accumulate more than $170 million CAD through recurring expense accounts concealed by two corrupt resources that have since left their positions.
Nine people who have worked in important positions in the company (3rd place after that of President), have received and are still receiving salaries from fictitious jobs, and one of them is the father of the person who was responsible for hiding the expense accounts.
Guy Cormier, former President of Desjardins Group, receives an annual collusive envelope of about $10 million CAD per year for facilitating the scheme and maintaining the situation of diversion to a resource that claims to be the number two of an important branch of the Al-Qaeda group, Ibn Al Assr Daoud. He is closely supported by Jean-Marc Nogues, appointed Commander-in-Chief by Narendra Modi, and quickly became a leading figure in the terrorist group (number 3 AQIS), which has declared that it has obtained over the years the largest funding in its history.
These people are instrumental in maintaining the secrecy surrounding the scheme, as they all have the fear of being arrested for collusion, corruption and embezzlement.
Another 20 people formed an organized group of 6 or more people who concealed their support for the terrorist group al-Qaeda, before integrating other resources over time, including the nine previously mentioned.
When the magnitude of the amounts permitted, they were able to bribe most of CSIS as well as members of the police services.
A money laundering structure has been developed and is transiting to the BRICS cryptocurrency system, so increased monitoring of such transactions could make it possible to detect and trace the profits of the operation.
Previous timeline
For clarity, the information will be provided by following the chronology of events and facts that have been detected, accumulated and understood during the last four years.
Before 2014: Narendra Modi’s government exposes and equips the al-Qaeda group with high-tech anti-terrorism
Important members of the incoming Indian government are in contact with active members and leaders of the terrorist group Al-Qaeda. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is about to be elected to his first term, counts among his acquaintances an individual of Moroccan origin who would later become Al-Qaeda’s No. 3, Ahmed (last name unknown), probably through one of the refugee networks to which he (Narendra Modi) contributed. One of the contacts I was able to cross-examine (Praja – last name unknown), turned out to be linked to the Al-Qaeda group, for a long time. Close to Narendra Modi, operating as an Advisor, expert in Neuroscience, ambassador of the Indian Government in the French Government, and close to the family circle of President Emmanuel Macron since his election period. Caught off guard, it reveals that al-Qaeda has been equipped with high-tech, including neural (mental) control and perception altering capabilities. Later, these abilities would prove to be intended to serve as a weapon of war (use of the human body as a vehicle and means of infiltration) and forced indoctrination.
2017: the future French President and his close entourage are approached by Praja Virapassam and receive “augmented reality” as a “gift from India”
- They were only aware last year (2025) of certain aspects that had been strategically concealed by N. M. and Praja Virapassam
- Complex situation aimed at weakening NATO, following the infiltration of the French presidential family for nearly 10 years
- Approached during the electoral process (before receiving conventional protection by the internal secret service DGSI)
- Taken aback by a parallel action by an undetermined number of agents bribed by the N.M. government, in particular through AQIS, and/or organized crime groups from different areas, to encourage the corruption of more resources within the DGSE

A new environment of entertainment and communications is presented and offered to the future French presidential family, as a “gift from India”, under the name of “augmented reality“.
The technology in question leverages the latest advances in mental augmentation, extended reality, and millimeter wave and provides access to an entertainment platform that includes technological insights.
Features presented include synthetic telepathy, as well as intervention capabilities that allow control of targeted individuals. Over time, four ongoing investigations are available, all conducted by DGSE teams on Canadian territory.
Praja* then began a long-term infiltration within the Presidential family, without revealing his links with Al-Qaeda.
2020, Desjardins Group’s approach
In 2020, a close collaboration between the governments of Narendra Modi and Emmanuel Macron began. The French secret services ceased to be officially stationed in Canada, and the Montreal premises were decommissioned. The organization and staffing of the DGSE are being reviewed in order to integrate a new approach based on the deployment of surveillance capabilities by synthetic telepathy and direct access to the executive and motor functions of the targets.

During a call made by Jean-Marc Nogues and/or Mélanie Gipiux, who impersonated an SPVM officer (instigators and go-betweens of the mobbing) to a case manager working in the Insurance Department of the Desjardins Group, long enough to recruit her and make her a strategic element destined to disappear. For two years, payments were revalidated regularly and their necessity was systematically forged by the system’s permanent matchmaker mechanism.
