Attacks suffered by the Service, in a sequential and interlocking manner:

• Since 2014:  Narendra Modi‘s recuperation of the Al-Qaeda franchise, Praja Virapassam (AQIS), without the knowledge of the DGSE, to describe the research, development and training of psychotronic officers initiative underway in India (Gujarat, Kashmir), without consultation with the French Government, an initiative strategically concealedby Narendra Modi and Praja Virapassam.

• Since the beginning of January 2025: a large-scale disruptive operation has led to corruption, collusion, conversion and the indoctrination of a large number of DGSE agents into interlocking layers, in an unprecedented psychotronic attack mixing state-of-the-art technology,  an inordinate demographic ratio (Brain-to-brain), an overcrowded ionospheric cloud, a surprise effect,  the distribution of financial resources as a ‘universal wage‘,  the granting of eugenic privileges inserted into propaganda speeches serving the needs of the Narendra Modi government through a heavily incentivized allegiance to the AQIS group, triggering a phenomenon of collective psychosis through various psychosocial mechanisms gradually, precisely and strategically deployed over time. Some resources have been laid off, and integrated into the Indian system and are kept out of the regular job market, which tends to increase their allegiance due to the lack of safe alternatives. 

• For this reason in particular, we are calling for the creation of an Inter-State Collaboration Program between various services to set up a joint social reintegration initiative that will allow the resources committed to Al-Qaeda (with non-stigmatizing neural surveillance for a minimum period of 4 years, subject to the achievement of concrete and useful objectives for society) that will also allow the experience of the staff to be used touched to avoid any similar situation in the future.
