During the deployment of the stratagem and clandestine system of inter-state spying and neural subjugation, many prime power plants were targeted for hacking procedurally or by other means, in order to generate large magnetic fields through spurious currents that could be operated remotely. These magnetic fields polarize the human brain by transforming neurons into GPS chips that can be positioned and activated in a high-impact, global cognitive attack. Targeted individuals can be so affected that it is appropriate to describe this type of control as total control,  and the danger is spread across the civilian population, in some cases affecting high-ranking target governments and strategically important members of the government’s collusive, disruptive, espionage, mind control, and corruption capabilities. Interference.
