I request your attention so that pressure is placed on the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to put an end to the silent looting of the Canadian economy, because the collusion and corruptionnetworks thus fueled have neutralized the services of CSIS and the RCMP (RCMP) for two non-consecutive years (2024, 2026) with regard to the entire situation regarding the Indo-French Foreign Interference. 

The networks of the terrorist group Al-Qaeda continue to be fed by this deployment of funds, and this money is used to conduct a large-scale neural infiltration and invasion on Canadian soil by Indian soldiers, secret agents from the DGSE, members of the Indian Organized crime and Al-Qaeda, who can all also benefit from a full copy of the accesses reserved for CSIS agents who were stolen by Jérico Sanches during the year 2023–2024. 

Several billion dollars have already been squandered, and the scheme is maintained by many agents from various services and institutions described throughout the pages of this document.

Most of the secret agents using synthetic telepathy and neural control capabilities have at least perpetrated one event of suicide or murder with exported responsibility, except NIA who were overwhelmed with the rise of the Indian Organized crime in their ranks.

We need to draw up an action plan here in Canada to protect our population, inform our medical personnel and arm them with the right tools to make proper diagnostics about apparent schizophrenic or psychotic symptoms that could emerge from neural control situations and furnish the right information in our universities to put new educational programs in place in order for Canada to become a fleuron of neural modulation technologies, for Defense, national security, run-of-the-mill surveillance and policing, so that the whole of our infrastructures are made secure as to put an end to the belligerents’ strategies.

There is an emergency to devise new procedures to make the belligerents pay and bring them to justice. Opening a channel of communication with our own population and citizen would grant Canada the edge over the rest of the world on the matter and prevent all further attempt of neural invasion by foreign actors.
